just so you know Arden, believe it or not, three meals a day is better for
you. The time spent processing in between meals is where calories are
naturally burned. So long as you drink water, your metabolism will keep up.
By eating 5-6 small meals, your body doesn’t have time to process it all
and by going to sleep [shutting down], your metabolism slows down, leaving
nutrients to be broken down which are then stored instead of burned.
I don’t eat dairy at all anymore (I do indulge some times though), but
dairy does cause bloating hence why you probably feel the way you do after
drinking it.
How do you have 6-7 meal A day when you have school all throughout the day.
Because in our grade our only free periods are gym and art which is in the
morning and lunch which is at 12:30

If you fall asleep after eating bread, you probably have some problems with
