Video clip Ranking: four / five

I just started my workout regiment! Walking no less than a mile daily!
Drinking warm lemon water every morning! I’m also trying to drink a gallon
of water a day! I’ve lost 9 pounds in two weeks! but I have a long long way
to go” I’ve also found a lot of aspiration on fitness on Instagram”

I’ve been drinking a bunch of water, eating salads (not a big fan of
salads), started running, cut out sugars (candy bars, sodas, etc), work out
everyday, and try not to pay attention to the scale.

I’m very much into a healthy lifestyle and over the past two years have
    maintained a 15 pound weight loss (I’m only 5’2″, so that’s a lot of
weight). Drink a lot of water. Whole fruits and veg will fill you up.
Whole grains. If you’re tempted to snack late at night, snack on protein
instead of carbs. Count your calories if you’re trying to lose weight
either on Lose it or My Fitness pal. I workout 6 days a week, but you
don’t need to, just be consistent. I cannot stress how important it is to
lift weights if you want to “tone up”. Those little five pound dumbbells
aren’t doing anything for anybody. Lift heavy at least two to three times
a week at first, it will not make you bulky, it will make you look sexy. A
woman with more muscle will look slimmer and in better shape than a woman
with no muscle at the same weight.

Great video ! I’ve been walking my treadmill 6 days a week for 30-45
minutes, logging my food intake daily into My Fitness Pal…love that app,
and I’ve also been drinking Oolong tea with each meal and that’s really
    helping.

My fitness routine started off with a 30 day challenge. I’m now well over
100 days, & I have dedicated myself to working out each and every day. So,
like I brush my teeth everyday, I workout everyday. The improvement of my
body and energy have been so significant NASCAR

Walking 4. Mile a day 5 times a week and drinking a lot of water

  • By Deana Williams, February 8, 2015 @ 8:36 am

I normally work out 4-5 days a week. I need to get the eating part under
control. You are so right about scale. The scale is the devil itself.

live without? you said I am a meat eater don’t take my meat away from me, I

No products but this looks interesting. Going to the gym and taking step
classes (cardio), RIPPED (cardio&toning), reformers Pilates. I have noticed
and other, plus all of my clothes are too big. Don’t know my weight but, I
have been looking for a simple detox. Also been looking at giving up meat (
    already don’t eat beef).
    Thanks for the info.

Beautiful baby, just like her mom. I’m vegetarian for 20yrs. I slipped up
and had a bbq hotdog in 07, I never really liked meats as a child except
junkie like bolona, hotdogs and fast food burgers or chicken nuggets. I’ve
increased my water intake also. I’ve been eating lots of kale salad lately.
Riding my bike and using my Ab Rocket are some ways I’ve been keeping in
shape. Keep up the good work Goddess!

I like the healthy lifestyle of eating healthy also,I know why you feel so
great not eating meat, meat takes so long to digest about 53 hours average,
longer for women 47 hours, men average 33 hours. I use the liver tonic by
Roots4U45 in the Summer she has some great recipes for all natural stuff. I
also drink water like you said and play with my kids outside, I do like to
get sun more often so I go outside often and try to get a few shades darker
to even out my skin tone.

#1 meal prepping every Sunday so there’s no question or temptation to eat
something bad. Also, I’ve incorporated Vega protein bars in my diet because
they have a complete protein without all the chemicals. #2 I’m drinking a
gallon of water a day to stay regular. Sorry TMI!

Well BG, since you asked 🙂
    • I just joined herbalife so im going to be replacing 2 of 5 meals a day
(the other 3 are lunch and 2 snacks)
    • I have been going to the gym with a buddy 5 times a week. Mostly cardio
with weightless strength training. I will incorporate weights to tone up
    later on.
    • Ive been drinking a gallon (trying) a day
    • Weaning myself off of chicken. I completely cut out pork and beef. Trying
    to go pesco as well.

The picture of the woman is the very reason i hate scales. I am 5’10 and i
weight 200 lbs. but my 200 looks like 170 to everyone else. I just want to
focus on how i feel in my clothes and in my level of energy. My goal is to
get real toned and slim down just a tad. You know…nice abs, a BG01 booty
and Angela Basset arms and all that lol

youtube. I bought one of their 4 week programs for beginners and it is
AMAZING! I plan to start again next week. God willing.

it. lol I showed them because they couldn’t believe i was 150 lbs because
of my small frame and how the BMI scale isn’t the same for everyone

I also recently cut all meat from my diet and I feel so much better for it.
I have also cut down on all things sugar and salt, although salt is harder
to eliminate than sugar. By eliminating sugar from your diet, I swear you
can cut down at least 10 pounds. Which brings me to a new exercise series
that I recently purchased called the 10 pound pledge. The nutrition book
alone is worth its wait in gold. It was after reading it that I immediately
stopped with the sugar and salt. Real eye opener. Check it out.

I will be partaking in the smoothie cleanse by JJ Smith for me and my
daughter..so excited..I walk daily and will also be doing yoga soon to add
    on to the regimen.

I’m glad you showed the chart with all the women BG. I also don’t tend to
look at the scale, I get gratification based off of how my clothes fit ( or
    don’t fit 😉 yay!) . I’m 19 and I’ve lost about 50 pounds so far from
working out 4 to 5 times a week, eating right and drinking TONS of water
( by the way this weight lose came over time, no fast tricks or magic
pills). When I tell people my weight, (187 now) I get weird looks and
people think I weigh less. This is all because I am tall, so my appearance
doesn’t match with what many would think they should see with the number I
tell them. That’s why I believe it’s all about how you feel. If you feel
like a million bucks and you notice you’re body is changing in a healthy
way. I say you are on the right track my friend.

I have been drinking a lot of water before but now I squeeze some lemon in
it. As of late I decided to change up my meal options focusing more on my
macros. Decreasing cardio increasing strength training more HIIT exercises.
For the month of July my goals are its more about stepping it up pushing
myself harder I’m going to get the corset but that only the only for
exercise as well as gearing myself towards fat loss than weight loss. Like
you skinny is not my goal being healthy is more of fit thick is my target.
Good luck on your journey BG you look great!
