    Hi @chantallarue – great question! I would start with the 1:1 ratio of
    protein. You are going to notice yourself feeling fuller and not having
    much room for other unhealthy foods, which should have you start to see the
    scale drop. As the numbers drop, you will drop your protein levels as well.

    What if you weigh 190 but you are working out to weigh 150. Do I still eat
    190gm of protein?

    Thank you for the helpful information, I almost fell out of the chair! I’m
    vegetarian and rely mostly on the protein shakes and fish and nuts.
