    alot of this was super helpful im trying to do the opposite of what most
    college kids do when they go lol i want to lose weight while im there
    thankfully my campus has little ceusable togo boxes in the caff so you can
    take stuff so im pretty excited! have you read the the dorm room diet by
    daphne oz im so buying it seems helpful lol

    How I stay fit and healthy in college is all the lack of sleep I get from
    all the classes and the random eating habits you develop like at random
    times LoL. What that does to your mental health thats a different story.
    You’re right though having a schedule is the main thing if you don’t have a
    set scheduled days then you will be all over the place. :] Nice video

    Very good informative video! I should go to the gym more, I really like the
    theadmill but after I fell off it once I’m so scared :-/

    Yes keeping a schedule has helped me a lot to stay on schedule and not
    procrastinate whether with exercising or with assignments etc. I’ve just
    found your channel and I love it as a fellow college student. 🙂 And not
    just with a gym. I like working out at home doing cardio. 🙂 It’s just what
    I like to do.

    @roseofreality Yeah haha most treadmills have a little ledge where you can
    put your waterbottle and everything and a magazine or book

    @tracykelsey haha yeah! it works out pretty well.. or we used to use
    ziplock bags sometimes but then we’d usually make a mess haha

    @CollegeGlamoration Oh I did think of a good request. What are some
    required day to day items that you take with you on campus (like to classes
    and such)? I’m always interested in what people think are essential items
    to keep with them daily. I hope that isn’t confusing lol.

    @soniacoolio19 Haha yeah.. i had that problem last year during my first
    semester, I pretty much had the worst sleeping schedule ever and took a ton
    of naps haha But I learned my second semester to try to schedule things and
    that definitely has helped me.

    school is always a great alternative for when you can’t make it to the gym!

    @CollegeGlamoration Yep and cardio is just really more my thing too. 🙂
    It’s what I enjoy and look forward to doing. Other stuff just isn’t that
    interesting to me. I live at home so requests and ideas are going to be
    tough to come up with. Hmm. I’ll try to think of something good. But yeah
    ever since I’ve been doing a day to day schedule I keep up with class work
    and all that stuff a lot more and don’t feel so rushed etc. It just helps a
    lot. 🙂
